¿Hacéis envíos internacionales?
¡Claro! En Betterthannew enviamos a España (península y Baleares) y a 15 países de la UE: Austria, Bélgica, Croacia, Chequia, Dinamarca, Francia, Alemania, Hungría, Italia, Luxemburgo, Países Bajos, Polonia, Portugal, Eslovaquia y Eslovenia. El envío es gratuito en todos los pedidos desde 50 €.
¿Cuánto tarda el envío y cuánto cuesta?
El envío a España suele tardar de 1 a 3 días hábiles, y de 2 a 6 días hábiles al resto de países de la UE a los que enviamos. El envío es gratuito en todos los pedidos desde 50 €. En los pedidos por debajo de 50 €, el coste se calcula en el momento de pagar.

What if I can't find my size?
If your size isn’t available, it’s likely sold out. Every item we sell is unique and second-hand, so stock is limited. But don’t worry—we restock weekly! Follow us on Instagram or join our newsletter to stay updated.
My item looks slightly different from the photo. Is that normal?
Yes, that’s part of the charm! Each vintage piece has its own story and wear. Some product photos are representative, but every item is one of a kind, with its own shade, texture, or fade.
Do your products come with a guarantee?
Even though our clothes are second-hand, we carefully inspect every item before shipping. If we’ve missed something, let us know and we’ll make it right.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Fast and secure.
Are taxes included in the purchase?
Yes, all prices include VAT for EU customers.
What should I do if there’s an issue with my order?

RETURNS & GUARANTEE
Can I return an item?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition as received. Contact us to start the return process.
Are returns free?
No, returns are not free. Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a quality issue or an error not previously specified in the product description.
