Shipping policy
Shipping
We ship to Spain (mainland and the Balearic Islands) and to 15 EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia and Slovenia. Shipping is free on all orders of 50€ or more; for orders below this amount, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 72 hours (business days).
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination:
- Spain: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- The other EU countries listed above: 2–6 business days after dispatch
Please note that Betterthannew is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.
